Shipping Policy

 

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is generally 4-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States.

 

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at ben@hobbysyndicate.com and we will help resolve the issue.
